XP-90 + Nexus 92mm enough to cool a 3200+ Venice OCed?
Can an XP-90 with the 92mm Nexus fan (from Jab-Tech) properly cool a slightly overvolted and overclocked 3200+ Venice? I need it to run for a while, but don't care if the CPU dies after 2-3 years.
Maybe I should get a Panaflo L1BX, but there's too many reports of clicking sounds from it. I can't really get an XP-120 instead because it will block a PCI slot and RAM slots on a DFI Ultra-D.

Yeh, report back.
I think the sound files here from the 90mm sound nice.
I like the non-sound more than the slowed 120mm.
But I really don't have 1st hand experience.
My guess, is that some sort of short heatpipe box type thing with a slow 90 mm is good for some regular cooling. But did you mention oc? Tell me how it works out..

I got it all installed today with some AS5. In my unventilated closet, it's running 34C idle and 40C load. Under my desk it was running 28C idle and 38C load. No overvolt, just a small overclock to 2150mhz so far.
I set my BIOS to always run the fan at 1671RPM because I can't hear it either way and this drops my chipset temp by a few degrees.
