AM2 HTPC build - Heatsink recommendations please

I'm contemplating an HTPC build using the Abit NF-M2 mobo and Antec NSK2400 case.

I believe my preferred choice of cooler (Scythe Ninja) is too tall for the case. I also considered the Zalman 7700, but I don't believe it has been updated for the AM2 socket.

Any recommendations on a good cooler that will allow me to run passively or very quietly?

The Zalman 9500 will fit but you have to bend the top fins. Also XP-120 if you can find it.
