The mounts are different than the S1 so it doesn't matter :P

The two models are the same, just different mounting.

So they add'd a heatpipe, turned the fins the opposite way and packed them closer together, and used 3x 80mm fans instead of 2x 92mm fans.

It'll likely perform better than an S1 with higher airflow, but i bet the S1 still wins when completely passive.
