I have a 1 month old Xeon E3110 CPU that I don't really need anymore. It was operational at 3.2GHz @ 1.072V (never overclocked + overvolted). It is full retail box with stock unused HSF, thus has full warranty from Intel (and I have receipts for it as well just in case). Asking $180 shipped w/ everything or $175 shipped w/o hsf.
