Free SANACE fan

Post by a_punker » Tue Jul 22, 2008 2:03 am

I got this Ad in my work mailbox form an electronics sourcing company. I've put in for a sample, but i could get anything from 60mm to 120mm with any option for pulse and lock sensor.

they're from SANYO DENKI who actually say " SANACE is the lowest noise, highest airflow, best manufactured dual ball bearing fan on the market" Anyone else know of them, or who might re-brand these?

Image

Reading between the lines thay they only claim to be quieter than comparable airflow models, and other dual ball bearing fans (sleeve seem to fill teh top of Mike's list)

My ex-housemate is a Sanyo-Denki <pun>fan</pun>... Don't know much about which ones he had though.

Hi,

I like the looks of the little fins (vortex generators?) around the inside perimeter of the frame.

I am surprised people dont know about them. Sanyo Denki is the manufacturer name and so far as i know they are not rebranded by anyone.

They are hard to find and expensive but widely regarded as the king of the hill (at least in watercooling circles). They usually exceed their rated specs, perform very well undervolted and have high static pressure.

There was a particular model that everyone used to go for, i can't remember what its model was but they dont make them anymore so its extremely rare to find one. I buy mine from newark.com (US)
