Slim OD + USB hub for 5.25 drive bay?

Does anyone know of a kit to allow a slim optical drive and front panel USB/card reader?

I ask because I have a case that has only one external 5.25 slot (no 3.5 slot) and USB on bottom of case (hard to reach - I wish more cases came with USB hubs at top!) I would love to use a slim optical drive and have room for a USB/card reader beneath the OD all fitting into one 5.25 slot.

Am I describing this OK?

Fan controllers can be removed and replaced with optical drive.

Can also go with something like THIS + 3.5" device of your choice.
