Some PSU questions...

Post by epoxxy » Mon Dec 23, 2002 4:23 am

1. Is it possible to convert a AT PSU to a ATX PSU?
2. I have several AT PSU's... Is it possible to run one completly fan-less? or just have a slow5v fan? The PSU i had in mind was a 145w AT... Will thatone run hot?

Thnx...

You can convert AT cables to ATX like this:

Personally I find a fanless setup too risky. My overheated 300w just destroyed some RAMs.

I think I may have found what you're looking here:

roshanindustries

It's way down towards the bottom. There's no picture, but from the description it seems like the right bit for ya. Of course I've also never heard of this company before, so buyer beware. (But at least its only $10)
