To anyone looking - I pulled a E6600 (dual-core) proc out of my desktop box and put in one of these quads and actually lowered my power usage. I think I overclocked it to 3.5GHz with just a Mini-Ninja & slow 80mm fan.

Anyway, it's a good choice if you've got an investment in DDR2 like I did.
