Low voltage 120mm fan

Hi there im wondering if anyone knows of a very low voltage 120mm fan thats easy to find. I know one of the slipstreams (800rpm i think) starts at 2.5V.

Does anyone know of a fan with a lower starting voltage?
I dont really care much about airflow and noise for this.

Hey! I'm not too sure at <5V, so I'll not be of much help. Just curious: what are you using this for? 1.2-1.5V battery operation? :D

running it off a solar panel, but I have found out when its overcast the voltage drops a surprising amount 2.2Volts ish
