Hi.
I'm looking small silent pc case.
Format ATX for MSI Z97 Gaming 5
Max height ~38cm

My favorite silent pc case
Obsidian 550D and Cooler Master Silencio 450
But they are too high.

Why do you need full ATX? Smaller ATX cases generally end up compromised cooling wise because of the trouble of fitting other components around the large motherboard. Go for uATX or MiniITX if you need something small.

The only models I'm aware of are some Lian Li (A05FN, A55, A41), with often horrible or very questionable thermals, so not that recommedable.
There are still some desktop (horizontal) enclosures in the market, like the Cooler Master HAF XB-series, although they are not insulated (as well as the Lian-Li ones), but they could be a workable option.

Are other restrictions - like you plan to cram the case into a cabinet without venting?

Please list the other components, so we can get a feel for the thermal load.
