I think its great but it seems like i'm the only one. Can you pop the top and post a few pics here? You gotta be registered at LTT to see those pics. Very interesting case tho, what the heck is going on inside it!

WELCOME TO SPCR!!!

whats ambient room temp?
whats the CPU/GPU/MOBO rise from idle to max load? -and how long to get there?
any coil whine? (like at 3 am)

running 24/7 what amount of month/years, without failure, would you consider it a complete success?

I'm limited to only 256 kByte for a picture in this forum. Therefore I have to downscale them a lot. Just make a account on LTT, it free and you don't get advertisements....

But here are a few if you can't wait ;)

It all in the build log on www.linustechtimps.com, please have a look there:

- Temps: room: ~23°C, CPU < 85°C, GPU < 80°C (no thermal limit); build log part 3 + 4
- coil whine: not anymore, can't hear it at > 0.5m, build log part 5

I expect the PC to run at least for 4 years. But I don't stress is 24/7 full load. It's not a bitcoin miner.
I use it about 12 hours a week at full load and ~35 hours a week at low load.

why do you have sound absorbing material if there are no moving parts?

Only because it have no moving parts by desing, it doesn't have to be the reality. The coils on the MoBo are virbrating a liite bit and I can't reach them to mold them properly. But with the aborbing material I can't hear it anymore.

Thx ;)

Yes coil whine is terrible, it really is.

By thw way a new build is under construction where I push the limit of a passive system with dual GTX 980. I allready ordered 38 kg of heat sinks! Have a look here:
