Microsoft has recently announced its new AI-powered platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot. This new addition will become your own digital personal assistant, embedded in all of Microsoft’s applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to name a few.

As the world of AI continues to boom, we are starting to see more and more incredible use cases for it in our day-to-day lives.

When is the Microsoft 365 Copilot release date? Everyone wants to try this latest AI software, which is an artificial intelligence workflow tool that will enable you to automate a variety of tasks in a rather savvy manner. While there is no date, the service has already rolled out to some testers.

Microsoft 365 Copilot for Word was finally revealed by a lucky beta tester. Apparently, Copilot isn’t working all that well at the moment but it is in beta after all. There are limited features for now but this gives us hope for a quicker release time.

Is there a Microsoft 365 Copilot release date? Not yet

Well, there is no official date at the moment, however, Microsoft has opened up 365 Copilot to a small selection of clients. The tech giant has plans to release the full application in the “coming months”.

So when are we likely to see Copilot reach the wider 365 suite users? Well, from the detailed announcement video and demonstration, plus the simple fact it is being tested in the real world, makes us believe we should expect 365 Copilot to release this summer.

There is little information for now, aside from that well-hidden line in the Microsoft blog post but once this testing phase is over, it is expected we will see more information become available.

Microsoft 365 Copilot is the latest bit of AI development, bringing 365-suite users an artificial intelligence workflow tool.

365 Copilot can automate a wide variety of tasks, meaning it is going to revolutionize how we work in our personal lives and in business.

Copilot can generate actionable tasks in real-time during a Teams meeting, help you find insights and analyze trends in Excel, and manage your inbox in Outlook.

Will Microsoft 365 Copilot be free?

While the specifics of the pricing are not yet available, the current Microsoft 365 pricing plans for business owners start at $6.00 per user per month, while the premium version (Microsoft 365 Business Premium) starts at $22.00 per user per month.

It is expected that the updated version of Microsoft 365 with Copilot will cost more, but until Microsoft makes an official statement, it is difficult to really say.

There is also speculation around whether or not 365 Copilot will be free for students too, seeing as they get the full suite for free already.

What is Microsoft 365 Copiot capable of?

Copilot will be integrated with the entire suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). We are already seeing the power of AI generated content, with GPT 4 coming in hot offering some rather mind-blowing things.

Microsoft is one of many major names to jump fully into AI and the combination of Office and this new tech is an exciting one.

You will be able to summerize data without sweating, compile and conclude large texts, and create tables, or further meetings based on notes.

The bottom line is that Microsoft 365 Copilot is set to revolutionize the way people work and provide an AI-powered suite of productivity tools that will increase efficiency and productivity.
