Sony’s first State of Play event of 2023 has just been announced, set to go live this Thursday, 23rd of February.
While limited information is known about this month’s event, the PlayStation UK twitter account has stated that the following will be unveiled:
- Five new PSVR 2 titles from partners
- Hot indie and third-party reveals
- An extended look at Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League

Where to watch February’s State of Play event
Eager fans will be able to watch the live event over at the official PlayStation Twitch and YouTube channels.
Chances are high that it will also be streamed on other major platforms – but not through the brand’s official channels.

The State of Play event will officially go live at 1pm Pacific time, 23rd of February.

What to expect in this month’s State of Play event
According to an official blog from the company, we can expect the reveal of five new PSVR 2 titles from partners and a more detailers surrounding gameplay for Rocksteady Studio’s anticipated Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.
The blog goes on to say: ” as well as a first glimpse at five PlayStation VR2 games set to arrive later this year. Then, settle in for more than 15 minutes of all-new gameplay details and updates on Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, the next game from Rocksteady Studios.”
