It might be related, and thanks for the reply :) I'm using the Asus P5LD2 Deluxe Mobo and here are the specs: Pentium 4 3.06Ghz CPU nVidia GeForce 6800GS PCIe OCZ 1GB DDR2 Memory And of course the PSU. Might it be that I'm OC'ing my video card? (not by much, and I have great results and no crashes)....

Silent PC has buzzing coming out of the PSU
Hey guys, I have this PSU: http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/Products.aspx?pid=902 It's been working great....right now I'm getting a constant tiny and noticable buzz coming out of the PSU. I put my ear next to it, and it's from it for sure. Sometimes it goes away, bust most of the time it's audible. ...

Hey guys, I'm sure I could've posted this in the long sticky thread, but I think it would help more people since I'm sure many others think that these drives are loud...and they need help with silencing them. Specifically these ones, as they seem to be in a lot of peoples hands, and from most review...

I haven't tried it yet, because I haven't decided which to get, a fan & ruber feet setup for a 5 1/4" bay or the Zalman fanless anti vibration kit? I don't want to return the drive because I got it for cheap. Around $90 after rebate. It's freakishly loud, though, as the noise travels from the drive ...

I took the drive out of my PC and the noise was 80% gone! So the sound does ...
