I bought a scytech anti vibration 3.5 inch to 5 1/4 inch bay adapter, and the noise/vibration is gone by about 80%!

These drives are quiet in idle, but when seeking, don't let the bugs bite!

Is this temp alright? I have a Scythec fan that's attached to it and an anti vibration adapter... It was 32C when I put it in the 3.5" bay that had a case fan hitting it...is 3C much to worry about?
