    WOW I am extremely impressed with your desktop. :D And your system is pretty good too.  But seriously, How is it? It looks really nice. And quiet of course. What are your temps? How fast is it? Its really hard to get a compromise between power and quiet. I...

Thought I'd give a quick update. :D The project is not dead, I've been busy with other things like moving and getting a new job. I have decided to take the project to phase two before finishing it. I just ordered new hardware to get one step closer to be able to watch DVB-T and playback Blu-ray and...

I wouldn't change the case that's a very nice case. The main thing I don't like about it is it's on the bigger side and has alot of fans. I suggest you find out what's making the most noise? and just because there is a bunch of spots for fans doesn't mean you have to use them all. I also think your ...

Hi RasmusseN, I've already decided on a SD37P2 Shuttle, just wondering which graphics card and GPU cooler to get which is known to fit in that particular shuttle. I need a powerful graphics card and a nice cooler to keep it quiet most of the time. regards, Dafoe okay, post or look in this forum alo...

Personally my favourite laptops around has to be the LG S1 Dual Express. It has that nice Fingerprint security, nice GPU, I think the newer ones are coming out with Core 2 Duo. And it comes in PIANO BLACK! So damn sexy! It even won an award for it's sexiness. It's a pretty nice laptop it looks pret...

as long as the system you buy is vista compatible it shouldn't be a problem my fist choice on notebooks atm Apple Macbook Pro - it's quiet, fast, good gpu, 1in thick, has style, built in camera, backlight keys, can run windows/linux/osx, 15.4/17 widescreen display. just upgrade the ram to 2GB either...

just think about buying a shuttle before you do you do have restrictions trust me I have one it's not just like any other computer where you can just drop in a new motherboard you can only fit so much and heat might be an issue to also overclocking isn't too good on a shuttle. check our these forums...

nice, your should put your cables behind the back of the case so there now showing instead of the front makes it look messy. the cardboard also devours the PC it looks like you know wha twould look pretty cool if you got some acrylic glass and make ducts outa that. I think cardboard would probably h...

since AMD bought ATi i've heard rumors of them later in the future putting a GPU and CPU on the same chip so that's kinda what your talking about. It seems kinda stupid to me but w/e. The thing is it's nice to be able to take a card out and replace it with another one plus on the cards there is more...

The reason I picked out the 600W psu it will last for the future todays new video cards are using alot of power if you haven't noticed the new G80 pictures four 4 pin molex connectors to power the card. I've been told by XtremeSystems members to go with the 600W for future proof. No offense to the ...

That's interesting . . . the picture on MSI's website has a fan on it: http://www.msi.com.tw/program/products/mainboard/mbd/pro_mbd_detail.php?UID=713 Anyways, the one on newegg doesn't, but it does have a fairly big heatsink on it. It makes me worry about compatibility with the Scythe Ninja or HR-...

Well, it won't be silent with your vidcard or HDD choices. The three Nexus fans will also have to be undervolted (to <8V) if you want anything close to inaudible. FYI, the x1950xtx is not silent either, but it is much quieter than the 1900. The cuda 10s are unacceptably noisy, to me; WDs are much b...
