Sounds like my PC, which has a static problem. Every 2 weeks or so, the mouse/keybord stops responding. 2 solutions Use a PS2 mouse/keybord instead of a USB or turn off the PSU but keep it plugged in, then hold in the power switch on the front of the PC for 10 seconds. It then works for another 15 d...

SLI bords are not SLI-only you can still use 2 independant graphics xards. If you want to stick with Martrox then they have a 5...

Booster PSU
I see booster PSUs on sale, which power graphis cards, leaving the original PSU to power everything else http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_1763.html I think they are fanless Any chance of a review showing how much quieter a standard PSU becomes if it has a booster to help it. The standard PSU...

lots of suppliers, just search internet in your country http://www.aalco.co.uk/ If you just want a good case, then I would get someone to make it to your design, but if you have the tools you could make it yourself. 2mm is a bit thin, Al cases usually do not have a frame, the Al sheet is strong enou...

In the UK several people have been jailed after taking their PC to be repaired. The repairers spend their time looking at images stored on the PC (more fun than actually working), when they find something particularly disgusting they report it to the police. You should assume that your HD contents w...

Almost all HPs do use water. Yes the tubes can be made really small, but then very little water will be sucked through them. 0.2mm tubes will raise water by 14cm, but very little water can flow through a 0.2mm tube. Very little water flow means the HP provides very little cooling. http://en.wikipedi...

If we go back to the original example a good example is people with long jeans that touch the floor, if they stand in a puddle, the water will seep into the jeans upwards against gravity The water will rise a short way up the jeans, but will not reach the top. If the water only needs to rise a few c...
