As far back as I can remember, i'm pretty certain thermalright has never included a fan with their heatsinks... so no surprises there... actually.

duhhhhhhhhh. p180 doesn't really vibrate. Its too heavy. Top and bottom harddrive chambers both have rubber gromets which are 99% as effective [in the p180] as suspending them would be.

I like this case a lot. Plenty of room for a GTX. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811112138 if you're not running SLI you could probably get by on the 650i ultra board. Sure, its green, but, the chipset runs WAY cooler [like around 40C without a fan] and the board draws much le...

For me its quite simple... noisy computers seem to occupy too much of my attention. I find myself too interested in why they're loud or screechy or what-not. I absolutely hate computer vibrations and poorly made fans. Some harddrives sound horrifically unnatural to me. For me, computer silencing is ...

probably a complete waste of time/brain cycles... An extra fan is just more noise, too. SB can run super duper hot without a worry in the world.

Gigabyte I find to be a much more dependable and less frivolous company than Asus. The deluxe series also comes with a plethora of "useless shit" that invariably drives the price up. Also, the p35 ds3 is apparently much more energy efficient than the p5k, p5w, etc. Gigabyte all the way. I had tons o...

you don't have to get this case. albeit, there are not a lot of options I think if you want to use a gtx8800. I think maybe the nsk6500 would fit it [plus all cases that you that design] or like a centurion model.

nexus and yate loon are not the same fan. the nexus runs at 1000rpms@12v, and can not start reliably below 6v. The yateloon runs at 1350@12v and can be modded down to 5v. the internal mechanics of the fan are probably very similar [same manufacturer] You can get a novibes III from frozencpu.com. The...
