Re: Where to Purchase Ultra-Fine Dust Filter Mesh
Great question! I'd also like to know. I suppose the alternative could be making our own by cutting Industrial-quality dust filters to our preferred size?

Re: Antec Mini P180 200mm Fan for H20 Cooling?
I just measured today and the answer is NO, a 200mm radiator will not mate flush with 200mm Antec fan if placed between fan and top of case. So, a smaller top fan with a sealed funnel would be the only way to have that configuration working properly...and so my modding mayhem begins...

Antec Mini P180 200mm Fan for H20 Cooling?
Putting a 200mm radiator above this fan seems like a good idea, but not sure a radiator can be sandwiched between the fan and the top of the case. Those of you that have the Antec Mini P180, how much lower can you move the 200mm fan without hitting anything?

Water cooling as it is done in a PC is actually quite the same as air cooling. A copper block (predominantly) takes the heat off the chip, transfers it to a conductor (heatpipes or water) which is then run through a set of fins (heatsink or raditator) through which air is forced to cool it. The adv...

It's been proven mathmatically and physically that water cooling (Convection) is more effective at heat transfer compared to air cooling (Conduction). With that said, if the water cooling setup is not optimized for that computer, it can be louder than a very good air cooled setup. So, the trick to w...

Are we all obsessive-compulsive about pc noise? I vote HECK NO! :) Why should we have to listen to the annoying constant noise from fans and/or buzzing/irritating sounding PC's? If you spend a lot of time with computers (like me), it's much more bearable to rest your ears while using the computer as...

Aerocool QX-2000 Opinions for i7?
I realize the Aerocool QX-2000 is no Antec p18x series, but how quiet do you think this could be with fans that had the optimum noise/cfm ratio with an i7 930 @ 4Ghz? (System spec = passive video card, SSD hard drive, blue-ray optical drive, & 1 audio-recording device in PCI slot) Also, anyone know ...

In everyone's experience, which case is typically quieter if you're putting similar components in the build:
Antec P183 (mid-tower)
or
Antec mini P180 (micro-atx)?

Does anyone know if the Scythe Orochi cpu heatsink will fit in an Antec mini p180 case? I'm looking for the best air cooling for a core 2 duo cpu for a 1ghz overclock, so I curious if I can get away with this combo.
