I had a 250mm fan I was able to get pretty quiet by undervolting it, might work on a 200mm fan. But getting some known quiet 120mm fans would be safer.

I like the storage thing up top, that's cool. And putting the fan deeper in the interior should keep it more quiet, good plan.
