Sempron 140 power efficiency - do you have one?

I have been looking in vain for review of this CPU, all the attention is focused on the unlock-ability of the second core.

But I'm more interested in the power efficiency of the CPU !

a quick question about those pico PSU.. the efficiency of the DC/DC is high but If I'm not mistaken that part that is usually inefficient in a psu in the AC / DC conversion, and data on those are almost nowhere to be found..
