Any news about dBA noise of Sapphire HD6670 1gb? It mounts an Arctic Cooling 80mm fan I think.
I need it for my silent PC but maybe it's better a HD5670 1gb Ultimate passive.
Or maybe should I wait for a fanless HD6670?

Re: Fanless VGA Cards list -- a start!
Any news about HD6670 1gb Fanless? I'm undecided if it's better to wait a fanless model or take a HD5670 1gb Ultimate Fanless instead.

Best Silent cooler for Q9450
Hi,
actually I've a AC Xtreme Rev2 for my Q9450 but I need something more quiet.
I don't need low temperatures and I don't Overclock, so I just need an ultra silent CPU Cooler.
My cabinet is Fractal R2 and my motherboard is ASUS P5Q-Deluxe
Thanks

Re: Silence improvement?
Guys, I've a doubt.. In those years I change my way to use computer, expecially to gaming. I'm not a gamer anymore, I use my PC for watching movies/tv shows, listen music and using office software for college. Maybe it's time to sell everything and change to a mini-ITX configuration? I need silence ...

Re: Silence improvement?
I connect case fans to the motherboard and set them to standard profile via BIOS.quest_for_silence wrote:armdt wrote:Which improvement can I do for a better silence computer?
How do you control your fans?
CPU Fan is set to Silent profile via BIOS too.

I only need a silent cabinet, that make less noise possible. I don't care about aesthetics or lowest temperatures. I think that my choice is still between Fractal R2 and P183. I can change P183 fans with 2 more quiet like Noctua or others, or I can buy Fractal R2 and no fans replacement. by the way ...

Antec P183 vs Fractal Design R2
Hi all, I'm still undecided about the choice of those 2 cases, Fractal Design R2 vs Antec P183. I'm looking for a silent cabinet, no leds or other lights and I need to place in it a Q9450 (cooled by Zalman 9700NT), only 1 hard drive (Seagate 7200.12) and ATi HD 4870 512mb, and only one DVD writer ( ...
