Anyone who has a Samsung netbook have this problem??

I bought a secondhand netbook Samsung N145 plus. I read reviews that it runs cool. But mine is very warm with average cpu temperature 70-80 celcius. I measured this with Hwmonitor (attached is a shot of the numbers). Is this too high for an Intel atom n450 processor? It is especially hot on the left...
