Lookee what I found

The way that 'sink looks, I'd expect the brand to be Thermalright. The specs of the fan make it sound like the really nice L1A'a with the ribbed housing. Can't wait to see some tests of it.

I bought a sunbeam from svc about a month ago; it had 3-wire terminals. They also sell 12 and 4 inch 3 wire extension cables.

The model number and specific mention of Vantec fans makes me also think its a rebadged Vantec. I'd avoid it.

How does G749 compare to this stuff? That's the one that won't void AMD's warranty.

And this is while it was sitting in front of me on my desk! Plugged into my 8RDA with a Thermalright 800U and a 7 volted NMB 4710 series fan you c...

Nice purchase! The B20's are rated at 82CFM @ 39dBA. Whereas the B10's are 56CFM @ 29dBA. Actually, the stats for the B20 are on the page you linked in the first post: 72 cfm @ 30 dBa and that .pdf also says the B10's are 59 cfm @ 27 dBa gmjamez's fan spec sheet agrees (which is good since that's w...

I bought some 4710NL-04W-B20's from a surplus vendor on eBay. At 7 v these babies are so quiet. And less than $20 for a lot of 6! The one thing you should be aware of is that (at least for the B20) the connector will not fit into a motherboard header, the holes are spaced too far apart. I had to rem...

Does anyone have experience with Fatmat liquid sound deadener :?: It looks like an interesting alternative to dynamat.
