Update, ok i found the form factor size. Its 270 x 186mm. Now, if i can find a board that is around that size, i should be ok? There is a tiny bit of leeway on the inside of the case, so i may even be able to squeeze something slightly bigger in there. Feel free to help with my search guys

Awesome, thanks again for the replies guys :) On a side note, just a word about prices. I paid (tax included), $394.00CDN for these 2 parts. The P4 was 220, and the ram was 126.
