Much better looking than the orginal gaming bomb.

I don't care for the handles or the top blow hole.

I do like being able to mount the HD's front to back, I don't like side to side HD mounts at all.

Cracks and scratches. Scratches can be polished out if they're not too deep, cracks are another matter. Power supplies tend to droop if the back panel is not thick enough. Finding a "quality" clear case is the challenge. Don't get me wrong, I don't dislike them, I just haven't seen one that I think ...

Northwood. I've got a Prescott/Zalman 7000Cu and it's slower than the comparable Northwood while runrunning much hotter and some older motherboards are not compatible, voltage wise, with them. I had to re-flash my MSI PT880 bios to get the dam thing to run stable and it's a new motherboard! Prescott...

You can try it with out the fan and see if it works OK, if it gets too hot then buy the fan kit.

You can also underclock that card with powerstrip for cooler temps.

acetone will desolve super glue

You could also use double sided thermal tape.

Sidewinder had the MicroCool South Sinks with the tape already on them as well as MOSFET sinks.

You can never have too many heatsinks :D

That has the fan mounts on the left or top side.

I'd recommend the fan option as the heatpipe will introduce more heat into the inside of the case. Personnally I like my video card heatpipe as it's a much more effective cooler that the stock HSF but it does raise the case temps.

The FB165 comes with an 80mm 3 pin Zalman fan and a 5v resistor for quite operation and is gr8t for cooling a video card with a heatpipe or any other pci cards. I use one to keep my ATI 9700 Pro/ZM80HP combo cool. The FB 123 is more flexible with fan sizes (any size works) and useful for cooling oth...
