I think the NCU-2005 could be better a better choice if using a low speed fan on the heatsink because the fins are spaced farther apart allowing better airflow through the heatsink. FWIW, I'd at least go with a passive chipset heatsink. Inevitably, they almost all develop a rather annoying buzzing noise. Plus, the nForce4 chipset really doesn't get too hot, IMHO. I had the wrong thumbscrew on there. I managed to wedge in the end of a pair of cotton pliers where the thumbscrew was and got the panel off.
