Forum Suggestion: Quick Reply
It would be great to eliminate additional page loads and time wasting if we could just have a simple "quick reply" option at the bottom of each thread. There are quite a few phpbb mods out there for this. It would be much appreciated. Thanks for listening!

This is a bit of an old thread, but it would be nice to have those who purchased the revb follow up with any additional thoughts as to what they used to mount the Ninja or if they decided to return it. The reason why I ask is that I have a revB in the mail as we speak to be used in conjuction with a...

Noctua 120mm 1200rpm Quiet Fan $14.44
http://www.pugetsystems.com/store/item.php?cat=All+Categories&id=4739&com=d41d8cd9 These guys got an excellent review here at SPCR. I tried several other vendors, but they were all priced at about twenty bucks a pop. The price was so cheap on these I called up just to make sure that they weren't rem...

It's a shame with that nice room and all the testing equipment, that almost none of there products could be considered close to silent. The new gigabyte board with p35 chipset has nothing but passive cooling through large heatsinks. There's no fans whatsoever, so unless you're talking about some ot...

After reading nothing but gold reviews from just about every major hardware site and Newegg's comment section, I finally bit and got the 620w. I plan on doing some overclocking so clean, reliable power is key. Hopefully the unit I have will be up to the task. A five year warranty even tops my Antec ...

I recently cut open an old power supply and tore out the heatsinks that are inside. The screwhole fits perfectly with the hole on the hardrive casing, so I'm wondering if one couldn't make an effective makeshift cooler on the fly. I'm going to try as many suggestions as you guys are willing to offer...

The MX-2 (which has now been ordered for this rig) shouldn't pose the problems with electricity that the AS5 does if you aren't too careful. The thermal tape they put on the MSI 8800 was a pain to remove as it smears instead of coming off cleanly, plus it seems to leave a fibrous substance behind. L...

Before we get started let me explain the hardware I have and what I intend to use it for: Two (2) Deskstar 82.3gb 7200RPM SATA 1.5 hardrives, (Previously used in a RAID 0 setup under Windows XP Pro) One (1) 160gb Seagate 7200RPM IDE hardrive. The guy just mentions that he dremmeled an old CPU HS and made this for his smaller chips.
Just out of curiosity, could you please post the link to the HS's you used for your MOSFET's? Thanks!

I saw another guide on the on how to chop up an old CPU HS and make it for the smaller chips with a dremmel. That seems like a lot of work though. Front Intake Fan and Dust?
I plan on having a 120mm intake fan in the front of my Antec case. The case offers a standard mesh filter, but I was wondering if you folks recommend an after-market one. Do after-market fan filters offer better airflow/noise reduction due to impedance issues or is this just getting nitty gritty? If...

Newegg didn't have the Ninja cooler revB which I wanted either, so it looks like for cooling goods, I'll have to go elsewhere. Jab Tech has some prices that are about 20% less than Newegg on fans and HS's. Looks like that will be the place to go to get the paste and HS/fans. http://www.jab-tech.com/...

I've used the AS Cremique before in the past, it works great. However, masking off the areas around the HS's isn't a big deal.
