Nice little article. Kind of suprising seeing the tiny little dab of TIM under the original heatsink. Do you think they could spare another.0003¢ worth to cover the entire die?

Those NB47J's sure are pretty, huh?

Using one on an NForce2 northbridge with no problems...caveat is I'm not using the board's IGP, either.

Yah, I have a NB32J on an nfroce2 Ultra 400 (no IGP)

I actually have three of them in my case, on the north and south bridges of my 8RDA+ and on the GPU of my GeForce3. The NB sink gets the hottest of the three, even when gaming!
