How many volt is supplyed for the HDD and power LEDs? Anyone know or can measure it?
Thanks
What V does HDD+power LEDs have?

The link below contains various 5mm LED's that are used at either 5v or 12v, the amount of power used varies depending on the colour.

30mA is bugger all, and @ 12v equates to 0.036W, so to consume 1KWh (standard unit of power used in most parts of the world) you would have to run that LED for 277,777 hours, thats 31.7 years @ 24/7 operation that would cost ~15p at todays prices.
However I dont know how much voltage is provided, I would guess it would be the standard 3.3v, 5v, or 12v as this wouldnt need and voltage reduction, and so would be easier and cheaper to implement.
