Vantec Spectrum Fan Card

I just noticed this today: Vantec Spectrum Fan Card. It claims to have adjustable fans speeds, so obviously I'm wondering how quiet it can be while cooling.

If somebody has this then share your experience.

If nobody has it, then somebody buy it and be a guinea pig for the sake of SPCR Image
