Are all Radeon 9200s equally quiet?

I want to buy a Radeon 9200 video card for my future PC. But I see there are several varieties - SE, standard and PRO - as well as different brands - ATI, Sapphire, etc. Are they all passively cooled? Do they pretty much all have the same heat sink? Any advice or recommendations are appreciated.

The SE's are slower, I would avoid those. I think most have a heatsink, which obviously would help with the quietness of the system.

I know the Sapphire does, and that's more than likely the one I'll be getting. It's a nice card, provided you're not a diehard gamer.
