Does NV Silencer 4 take up more than one PCI slot?

I have board that has 1 AGP and 3 PCI. I need 2 PCI slots (firewire/tv card) If I get the NV Silencer, will it take up more than one PCI Slot next to AGP slot?

No, your graphics card + silencer will take up the AGP slot and one PCI slot next to it. Put your smallest, shortest PCI card next to the graphics card to ensure you don't block its intake airflow.
