my new dell2711 needs a new grfx card

Noise wise i am very spoiled atm. I have a passive 4850 and a passive dualcore i a antech p180 case.

I realise noise wises is not fast enough as the dell sports 2550x1440

I would like some help deciding what to buy (air cooled) that makes minimum noise.

I was thinking hd 6850 but with what 3rd party cooler? (what noise can i expext?)

Would i gain anything noise wise from getting a hd 6870 and underclocking it? The price difference is so small i could do this...
