For the Artic Cooling VGA silencer: 9$ for a 2 pound item to go from San Francisco to Los Angelos? Sheesh

Maybe that's how they can afford to sell them for $7 less than SVC.

Interesting. Actually, I know they are really a wholesaler and was only selling that retail to get some on the market. Perhaps that has something to do with it.

Either that or they have one heck of a handling charge!

If you check the arctic cooling web site, they indeed list Scythe as an authorized dealer in the US. The response that the person in Ars received was wrong. SVC was either lying or didn't know that Arctic Cooling added another distributor. Here is the appropriate link:
