Scanned the review & site info. It looks like a PoS. techtastic, obviously not a quiet oriented site, had this to say:
I tested both fans on full power and they were quite loud. The blower fan really whines. But this setting is only useful for when you're doing some hard core gaming. Once i turned the turbo off the blower fan the whine stopped. Setting the other fan to low or medium was very tolerable to the ear.
The main fan is 60x10mm, high setting of 5300 rpm, low of 3000 rpm. The 40mm blower on top only runs at 9000 rpm. :shock:

A Panaflo 80L at 7V does maybe 1000rpm. :!:

This is of no interest to SPCR readers, imo.

All Tt bashing aside, I wonder how the heatsink design itself compares to Zalman's. We can always use an under-mounted Panaflo or some ducted contraption instead of the stock junk.
