which case to get

OPTION A - antec slk 3000b + seasonic PS
OPTION B - antec sonata II

which will be quieter, i know by choosing option B i save about 30 bucks. but i dont care about savings im looking for most quiet.

3000B + SmartPower 2.0 500w (detachable cables)

Quietest pair.

is smart power 2.0 really more quiet than a seasonic s-12?

Honestly I don't know. The smartpower 2.0 is very quiet, but it hasn't been thoroughly tested yet. I think it would depend more on what you do with the case/psu once you set it up.

Strong, super-stable, super-efficient, every connector you could want. And QUIET. I came close to ordering an Enermax EG565P-VE, which I'm sure I would have been pleased with, but I couldn't get over the S12's efficiency and near-silence.
