yet another nforce4 system

My old computer shorted out so its time to upgrade
my basic plans are
Athlon 64 3000
Gigabyte 6600gt w/zalman heat pipe
the part I cant decide on is the motherboard
I really want to use an xp-120 but I could settle for an xp-90
here are my top picks

Gigabyte GA-K8N Ultra-SLI or the non sli version both are fanless
or the underdog
ECS KN1 Extreme with zalman northbridge cooler

will the xp-120 fit on ether of these?
any thoughts?

There are already several threads here discussing nForce 4 motherboards, some of which include specific examples of whether an XP-120 fits. Thermalright also has a motherboard compatibility page for the XP-120 on their website.
