ELASTOMERIC silicon rubber mounts are great for quiet mounting hard drives, and can be found in some of the better cases.

Found another manufacturer's pic showing these rubber grommet mounts for hard drives:

Also have set of rubber fan mounts, very similar to this:
Anyone interested? Just need to cover shipping, will divide up or ship as a lot. Otherwise wil go on eBay...
