WTB: Fanless AGP card

I currently have a Geforce 6200 which seems to be failing. I'd like to move up to anything which can deliver substantially better gaming and video playback while remaining fanless.

That's probably the most modern thing out there, and you get a warranty which you won't get if you buy a used card.

Thanks. I've considered that card, but apparently its drivers don't support Windows 2000 and older drivers are pretty hit-or-miss.
