Antec Phantom Buzzing?

I've been thinking of getting a Phantom mainly because i didn't want to deal with fans ramping up and down at all.

I've read that some of you have experienced buzzing from the Phantom. Has it been anything substantial? Something that I could hear from 4 feet away from under a desk? The PSU i have now has a really annoying high pitched squeal, kinda like when a TV is on, but no sound. I HATE that sooo much. please tell me the phantom doesn't have anything like this.

When I first installed my Phantom, the hum was more noticeable. The hum faded over a the course of a few days (or I got deaf... who knows?). My computer sits on my desk just a few feet from my head. Currently I have to be well within one foot (probably just inches) from the case to hear the PSU buzz.

I'd be surprised if you could hear it from 4 feet away under a desk at all.
