I would like a quiet, cheap, 1.5 TB hard drive for a backup server. Speed is not critical. I noticed a very positive SPCR review for WD15EADS. In particular, they measure very low vibration and 13 idle/14 seek dBA @ 1m. These drives seem difficult to find, but I've found decent deals for a 7200 rpm version, the WD15EZRX. (1) Is the WDEZRX actually 7200rpm? (2) Does anybody have experience with this drive, especially its noise characteristics? (3) Are 7200rpm WD Caviar Green drives low noise in general? (I would prefer the older drive, except they're difficult to find and more expensive!)
Thank you for your help!

Re: WD15EZRX noise
To answer my own question: I bought a couple of these drives and they are, by my ears, extremely quiet!
