HEAT! SP 97 on Asus A7N8X Deluxe

I have a new Barton 3200+ with the Thermalright SLK-800CU. I am wondering if I can use the same base (what is under the motherboard) with the SP97 and all I have to do is screw it in and it will be fine. And what good 92mm fans are out there? I am currently using an underclocked L1A. And has anyone tried this combination of a 3200+ Asus A7n8x mobo and an Evercase case. The HS is bigger and I am wondering if there is enough room. THanks.

I'm interested in this as well. I have the same mobo (rev 1.04) and a SLK-800A. I am thinking about upgrading to the SP-97 but wonder how well it really fits, and if its a significant improvement over the 800.
