Anyone Know if they started selling these in the US? Also has anyone seen them in a review with a faster Athlon XP. 19db

Microplex Silent Twin and Mist Black Silence

The Mist Black Silence looks like the right idea, but I don't see how the Silent Twin can be both silent and efficient. Two 60mm fans is not a recipe for silence, Papst or no Papst. And blowing sideways over a heatsink just won't be as effective as blowing directly on to it. And finally, if you're looking for them in the US, you'll probably wind up paying a premium price for it.
The Mist Black Silence, on the other hand, looks like the real deal. SPCRs heatsink roundups showed that aluminum coolers do pretty well in low airflow situations, and this is one very big aluminum heatsink. It may not outperform a similarly fanned SLK-900, but if you can get it as an all-in-one package for a reasonable price, it's certainly worth considering. Good luck finding it!
