How to use the Tri-Cool Switch with any fans.

I liked the idea of the tri-cool switches (Low-Medium-High settings) at the back of my P182 so I just modded the wiring so I can plug my 2 SlipStreams (or any fans).

It is a very simple circuit : all you need is 2 (1watt) resistors by fan. Soldering is an option, you can just tie the resistors with the wires. Dont forget to always use electrical tape around every connections.

The wattage of the resistors depends of the current consumption of your fan.

I ran all the wires to the back of the case so nothing seems unusual.

That's pretty neat. I may use that in my next build, thanks for sharing.

actually as you can see in the first pic I didnt connected my fans right on the switch I just used a female connector so I can connect any fans when I want to.

so you can do it for your nexus.
