Finally a passive 750 Ti is on its way!
The article is in Swedish, it says the card will be about €20 more and looks like it will occupy 3 slots. Memory will be underclocked a bit to 5.0 GHz.

It is interesting to note that the energy consumption figures at idle and other low power states are a touch higher than the reference board but that might be sample variance, other factors or it might be as I have long suspected from passive graphics card 'experiments' the power used to run a fan slowly to cool hot electronics typically saves more energy in the electronics running more efficiently than it takes to run the fan.

More likely to be sample variance or less efficient VRM circuitry.
Note that in Techpowerup's testing, load temps reach 83C, where Nvidia reduces Boost clocking. So, depending on your particular case/setup, the card may need direct airflow for max performance.

I kind of feel the fins are oriented the wrong way to take most effect of case fans. In a front-to-back flow scenario they are perpendicular to it...
But good to see there's something out there soon.

Kitguru's review had a big ol' case, many fans and the CPU water cooled - so no significant interior CPU heating. They showed pleasant temps for the Palit card. I updated the compilation page with these reviews.
