Have you tried putting the CPU fan below the ninja so its parallel with your video card? I see the fan is currently quite a bit higher than it could be, due to the memory sticks blocking it. Try putting it parallel with the vid card underneath the ninja and place it all the way down so airflow gets ...

the double hinged door is one thing my p180b does not have that the SPCR version does, I'm not sure about other stuff, but that is a feature I wish I had, so the door could rotate 270 degrees and be flat against the side of the case.

I think it depends on what stock the place you are buying from has. I know that I had two dud PSU's (wouldn't power up unless tons of extra stuff was plugged in to the power cables). I sent them for RMA in ~March-April (forget) and I got two great working PSUs back from them. So, you'll end up with ...

Fan position?

Where is your fan on the Ninja, and how low does it sit? When installing the way Scythe and everyone else recommends, the fan in front blowing back, the fan has to sit like an inch higher than it could, because my memory sticks block it. In my current P180 case even with both exhausts going, I get i...

no its not enough. These NeoHE psu's are the biggest pieces of crap I could ever imagine. They require you to draw a whole lot of power for them to stay on, I have only heard of a couple people who haven't had to plug in an unreasonable number of components and fans to even allow the psu to start up...

Can't you ust put one resistor in there and fix everything? I'm no physics wiz so I really have no idea, but your circuit looks way too complex, honestly.

well sonuvbob, it seems p-munky's "fix" by trying to use the two 6-pin connectors closest to the main mobo connector failed him, and it has failed me also. It doesn't work, and I tried a few other combinations, not every one possible, but the only thing that works for me is putting the tricool fan o...

Fan on top of Ninja blowing down toward vga card, tried it?

I'm wondering if anyone else has tried putting their fan on top of the Ninja blowing down, and seated as low on the Ninja as possible, for better performance, when they can't put the fan as low as it could go when mounting on the side, due to RAM sticks in the way. On my motherboard (Epox 9nda3+), I...

same experience, the NeoHE430 would not power on (fans just spin for a split second when I press the power button). I attached another fan, and now everything is fine, I guess it just needed a little more power. How do you know when it will have enough power to start? What determines which rails are...

whine? I thought the whole fuss about them was because the whine is now gone. Anyone with a 2005 manufactured WD with a whine?

yeah, then when you have a question that requires a couple paragraphs to answer, they usually briefly address one issue with a couple word and dismiss everything else you asked, making your whole e-mail pointless. Thats the way customer support works i guess.

david - What does the Hitachi acoustic level tool do exactly? Turn on Whisper-drive for the WD? Any impact on Windows boot time? Also, is there any whine at all coming from the wd3200jb? JVM - What is the Manufacture date of your wd1600jb? Wondering if it is just the FDB or if its really new and lik...
