It's a shame the title didn't say best animated film in the last 20 years, as I would have said The Land Before Time (the first one only), which was Universal.

NSk4400 http://www.awd-it.com/scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=327 I prefer the NSk3300 but only fits an mATX board. Mike I have the NSK4400, and I love it. The only thing I would say for the true quietners, I found the front panel to create alot of resonance noise. I haven't bothered myself as it's ...

Quiet Wooden Case Reviewed on Tomshardware

I was looking through an article on cases that are a bit different, and I noticed this. The guy mentions he went for a quiet/silent design and I know a few people on here are interested in wooden cases, so I thought I'd post this in case it's of interest to you. :) Link: http://www.tomshardware.co.u...

Sounds good :) For those of us who don't need (or want) dualcore yet, this is good news. I was worried they would only use 65nm for dualcore only.

Even on 65nm any P4 Prescott CPU is going to suck alot of power and give out alot of heat. If you want single core, get an Athlon 64.

I also think it's a good move - it's a nice little case, and if it's the same PSU as in the NSK 4400, then it's a nice one.

I've got the NSK 4400, and the airflow is quite good - my 3800+ single core is kept below 43C most of the time with the stock fan throttled back to 1000rpm, so if it can allow a stock AMD fan to work quiet then it must have good airflow! The rear 120mm fan is nice, and the cone at the side is useful...

It makes me want to create a cute little Internet/Office box out of the NSK130...

Athlon 64 3600+ X2 Review

Link: http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/cpu/di ... -3600.html

It's just as fast as an X2 3800+, will be cheaper, and most importantly, uses less power. It runs at 1.25v I think, so should help keep things cool and quiet! Just right for the budget sector!

I've heard of a number of cases with RAM being incompatible with this board - you may have to do a BIOS update, or even RMA and get a different motherboard. So many AM2 boards seem to have issues with the DDR2 memory, usually because the voltage for the memory is set too low.

Slightly OT, but does anyone think that the standard 89Watt TDP X2 3800+ might undervolt a little? I don't think I'd be able to afford the premium of the energy efficient models as I'm on a budget. Plus, what kind of effect would it have on wattage - would undervolting to 1.25 or less be likely poss...
