f you put a fan on that Ninja/U120/whatever I don't think you'll be experiencing any problem with PWM temperature I prefer this to be the ultimate solution...Nexus @5v on the Ninja. Don't worry about Nb temperatures as long you have case fans, passive cooled Nb's with passive cooled CPU's should not be problem, as long you don't plan to do overclocking.
