You should start first by removing the dust fron the cpu heatsink.....or replace the thing. It's easy really. Flip the two levers over and the four catches come loose from the retention bracket. Yeah it did look quite dusty. I left it well alone for now, as I didn't know the best way to clean it, and also assumed I may be changing it out in the immediate future!
